We aim to resolve any concerns or complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint about customwordsearch.com or our services, please follow the procedure below.
1. Contact Us
Send your complaint to contact@customwordsearch.com. Please include:
- Your name and contact details
- A clear description of the complaint
- Any relevant dates or reference numbers
2. Acknowledgment
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and provide an expected response time.
3. Investigation
We will investigate your complaint and respond with our findings and any proposed resolution.
4. Response
We aim to provide a full response within 14 working days. If we need more time, we will let you know.
5. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact us again to request further review. For advertising-related complaints, you may also contact the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).
Third-Party Operators
Complaints about third-party betting or gaming operators should be directed to those operators directly. We are an information site and do not operate gambling services.
